AN ACT relating to the funding of public transportation.
     Amend KRS 96A.095 to allow general fund dollars to be used for capital and operating subsidies for mass transit services; amend KRS 96A.096 to allow funds from the Kentucky Transportation Development Fund to be used for public transportation operating subsidies.
