AN ACT relating to motor vehicle instruction permits.
Amend KRS 186.450, relating to instruction permits, to lower the age of the licensed driver who must accompany a person with an instruction permit from 21 years of age to 18 years of age.
HB 14 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, F. Nesler) - Retain the provisions of the original bill except change the age of the accompanying licensed driver from 18 to 19.
