Amend KRS 156.4977 to delete references to the Interagency Task Force on Family Resource and Youth Services Centers; EMERGENCY.
HB 145 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, K. Stine) - Delete reference to KRS 214.185, which concerns medical treatment of minor, from KRS 156.4977.
HFA (2, K. Stine) - Require that cabinet require a family resource and youth services center, prior to referral of a minor child for medical or psychological assessment, service or treatment, to obtain informed written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
SFA (1, J. Westwood) - Require that a parent or legal guardian be notified by school personnel of any referral of a minor child by a family resource and youth services center to any entity for a medical or psychological assessment, service, or treatment, except in cases of suspected child abuse or neglect.
