AN ACT relating to hardship operators' licenses.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 186, relating to the licensing of motor vehicles and operators, to create a new hardship driver's license for people who have had their driver's licenses suspended for either a speeding violation, or for points that have accumulated due to minor traffic offenses; mirror the penalties of a DUI hardship license for violating the terms of the hardship driving privilege or lying on behalf of a person applying for a hardship license; charge a fee of $100 for the license and window decal; amend KRS 189A.400, relating to a DUI hardship license, to conform.
