AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to property tax exemptions.
     Propose to amend Section 170 of the Kentucky Constitution to expand the homestead property tax exemption to all totally disabled retirees; apply expanded exemption to tax assessment years beginning after December 31, 1998, if proposed amendment is ratified by the voters; and submit to the voters.
