AN ACT relating to testing of pregnant women for hepatitis B.
Amend KRS 214.160 to require every physician or other person legally permitted to engage in attendance upon a pregnant woman to take or cause to be taken a specimen of blood for testing for the presence of Hepatitis B surface antigen.
