AN ACT relating to naturopathic physicians.
     Amend KRS 311.550 to redefine the term "practice of medicine or osteopathy" to exclude the practice of naturopathy; establish KRS Chapter 311A and create new sections thereof to define terms including "Formulary," "Naturopathic acupuncture," "Naturopathic childbirth," Naturopathic physician," "Naturopathic manipulative therapy," and "naturopathic medicine," set forth the allowable and prohibited practices of naturopathic physicians.
