AN ACT relating to controlled substances.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 218A to increase the penalty for manufacturing methamphetamine to a Class C felony for a first offense and a Class B felony for subsequent offenses; create a new section of KRS Chapter 533 to deny probation, shock probation, conditional discharge, home incarceration, or a suspended sentence to a person convicted of the manufacture of methamphetamine; amend KRS 533.060 to conform.
