AN ACT relating to civil procedure.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 454 to establish the procedures to govern the taking of depositions outside Kentucky for use in Kentucky courts; create a new section of KRS Chapter 454 to govern the taking of depositions in Kentucky for use in courts outside Kentucky.
