AN ACT relating to the certification of denturists.
     Create a new chapter to define denturists and the practice of denturity; allow the Kentucky Association of Denturists to establish education and training standards for the practice of denturity and the criteria for certification examinations; allow the association to issue certificates and impose restrictions of persons training as apprentices in the practice of denturity; allow the association to revoke or suspend certificates of denturists or apprentice; require annual registration with the Kentucky Board of Dentistry and the county clerk in the county where the practice of denturity is located; and allow for reciprocal agreements with denturity certifying boards in other states.
