AN ACT relating to student activities.
Amend KRS 158.153 to clarify that local school districts may establish standards of behavior that students must demonstrate in order to participate in extracurricular and cocurricular activities, including athletics, and may deny or terminate eligibility to a student who has violated those rules or may suspend a student's participation until the allegation that a violation has occurred has been resolved.
