AN ACT relating to motor vehicle usage tax.
     Amend KRS 138.450 to provide a trade-in credit for new motor vehicles, dealer demonstrator motor vehicles, and previous model year vehicles equal to the retail price of the vehicle taken in trade; make effective August 1, 1998.
