AN ACT relating to sanitation districts.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 220 to provide an alternate method for dissolving sanitation districts in addition to the provisions of KRS 65.166; amend KRS 220.110 to delete language referring to the "perpetual existence" of sanitation districts.
