AN ACT relating to voting.
     Amend KRS 117.235 to exclude from the application of the prohibition against electioneering on election day the wearing of campaign buttons or other paraphernalia or articles of clothing that indicate support for or opposition to a candidate, political party, or referendum issue by a voter who is not a precinct election officer or other election official.
