AN ACT relating to lakes.
     Amend KRS 224.16-050 to require the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet to apply to the U.S. EPA to designate Barkley Lake, Lake Cumberland, Dale Hollow Lake, and Kentucky Lake as "no discharge areas" which shall mean that boats are prohibited from discharging treated, as well as untreated, sewage into the lakes.
