AN ACT relating to the calculation of average daily attendance for school funding.
     Amend KRS 157.320, relating to definitions for purposes of school funding, to change the definition of average daily attendance to adjust for weather-related low attendance days; define "weather-related low attendance day" as a school day on which the district's attendance falls below the percentage of average daily attendance for the prior year due to inclement weather; permit substitution of the prior year's average daily attendance for up to ten days upon submission of a request with documentation for approval to the Kentucky Board of Education.
