AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create new section of KRS Chapter 506 to create the crime of criminal syndicate intimidation as a class C felony when a person threatens another because the other person will not join a criminal syndicate, has left a criminal syndicate, or refuses to comply with the demand of a criminal syndicate.
