AN ACT relating to pilot projects.
     Amend KRS 18A.430 to allow agencies to extend their pilot personnel program from July 15, 1998 until December 31, 1998 in order to finish their pilot projects if they receive permission to do so by either the Personnel Steering Committee or their respective agency head.
