AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 228 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to the oath of officers and attorneys.
     Propose to amend Section 228 of the Kentucky Constitution to delete references to dueling from the oath required to be taken by officers and attorneys; submit to voters.
