AN ACT relating to the County Employees Retirement System.
     Amend KRS 61.555 to permit a member of CERS to purchase active military service time in excess of 4 years for retirement service credit providing the member is not drawing a military pension nor will the member be eligible for a military pension in the future; require payment to be by delayed contribution payment in lump sum or increments.
