AN ACT relating to Kentucky Lottery advertising.
     Prohibit promotional advertising by the Kentucky Lottery Corporation and state agencies; define promotional advertising; permit certain advertising designed to inform the public of information on lottery games; permit advertising by lottery retailers under certain requirements.
