AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Unified Juvenile Code.
Amend KRS 610.300 relating to police turning juvenile records and property over to court, to provide that record and other property be turned over only on court order rather than turning them over to the court automatically when a juvenile is no longer a suspect in a case.
