AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 532.030 to allow selection of life imprisonment without parole as an alternative to the death penalty; amend KRS 532.060 to allow selection of life imprisonment without parole or selection of life imprisonment without parole for 25 years as an increased penalty for specified Class A felonies; amend KRS 532.025 relating to procedure in capital cases to conform; amend KRS 439.3401 relating to parole for violent offenders to conform.
