AN ACT relating to domestic violence.
     Amend KRS 403.770 to require that the circuit clerk provide to a prosecutor the address of a petitioner who has obtained an emergency protective order or foreign protective order; prohibit a prosecutor from divulging the petitioner's address to anyone outside the prosecutor's office.
