AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 36 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to legislative sessions.
     Propose an amendment to Section 36 of the Constitution of Kentucky to enable the General Assembly to convene for thirty days for odd-year regular sessions rather than for ten days for an odd-year organizational session; provide for submission to voters.
