AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 439.3401 relating to violent offenses to classify arson in the first degree as a violent offense; amend KRS 513.020 relating to arson in the first degree to include a building used as a place of worship by a religious organization or religious society; amend KRS 542.025 relating to aggravating circumstances in death penalty cases to include killings during the commission of the crime of arson.
