AN ACT providing for the adoption of the Uniform TOD Security Registration Act.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 292 to adopt the Uniform TOD Security Registration Act, permitting the transfer of a security, on the death of the owner, outside the probate estate; EFFECTIVE August 1, 1998.
