AN ACT relating to crimes and punishment.
     Amend KRS 506.010 to establish that a criminal attempt to commit a violation is a violation; amend KRS 532.020 to provide that any offense defined outside the penal code that does not provide for a specific sentence or punishment shall be punished as a violation.
