AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Create new chapters of KRS Chapter 42 to establish the Kentucky Kare Health Insurance Authority to oversee the state's self-funded health insurance plan and define its membership, staffing, and duties; amend KRS 12.020, 18A.025, 18A.220, 18A.225, 18A.2288, 18A.229, 42.0245, 45A.022, 91A.080, 205.640, and various sections of KRS Chapters 136 and 304 to conform; repeal 18A.2281 - 18A.2285; confirm Executive Order 97-146 as amended by 97-238.
HB 340 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions of the bill and add a reference to the definition of "state employee," as provided in KRS 18A.228, for purposes of Sections 7 to 11 of the bill.
