AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Amend various statutes to transfer the duties and functions relating to debt issuance for local entities from the Office of the Controller within the Finance and Administration Cabinet to the commissioner, Department of Local Government; confirm Executive Order 96-1376.
HB 348 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill except in Section 1 subsection (5)(a) by reinstating the original language but deleting the provision which requires the Division of Accounts within the Finance and Administration Cabinet to be responsible for debt issuance; delete Section 2 in its entirety; and repeal KRS 42.170.
