AN ACT relating to state personnel.
     Amend KRS 18A.110 to allow review of training and experience of applicants for state employment in lieu of competitive examinations; reduce from 15 to 10 days the prior announcement of opportunities to apply and test for state employment; expand methods of advertising vacancies.
