AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 336.020 to create, within the Dept. of Workers's Claims, the Division of Arbitration; abolish the Office of Fraud Prevention created by Executive Order 96-885 and transfer its personnel, funds, equipment, facilities, and records to the Department's Office of General Counsel; confirm Executive Order 97-69, to the extent not otherwise confirmed.
