     Confirm Executive Order 97-1386, which creates the Division of Mine Licensing within the Department of Mines and Minerals; changes the name of the Division of Mine Safety and Health to the Division of Mine Safety Inspection; and changes the name of the Division of Mining, Training-Education, Certification and Instruction to the Division of Miner Training, Education and Certification.
