AN ACT relating to operator's licenses.
Create a new section of KRS 186.400 to KRS 186.640 to allow a hospital copy of a birth certificate to be used to certify the birth date of an applicant for an instruction permit or operator's license.
HB 372 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions of bill with the following exception: replace "hospital copy of birth certificate" with "original hospital birth certificate signed by the attending physician".
