AN ACT relating to securities.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 292 on securities to require persons who transact business in this state in connection with the offer, sale, or purchase of securities to include the amount of and list as separate items all fees, sales charges, and expenses charged to investors and clients on each account statement that is delivered to investors and clients in this state.
