Create a new section of KRS Chapter 11 to establish the Governor's Commission on Sports, Physical Activity, and Wellness; define the commission's membership and duties, including responsibility for promoting and sponsoring the Bluegrass State Games; confirm Executive Order 97-932, which established the commission.
