AN ACT relating to local air boards.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 183 to have local air boards in counties with cities of the first class that are responsible for relocation programs; finish started relocation programs within three years of the effective date of this Act, and programs started after the effective date of this Act are finished within 3 years after their initiation; make the relocation the board's budget priority; relocate residents in housing appropriate to the new location; provide or modify infrastructures in new relocation sites to accommodate the new construction, when relocating cities, give the cities priority in relocation and relocate the residents contiguously if they choose; notify residents within a one mile radius of new relocation developments of the site selection.
