AN ACT relating to noncontiguous race track facilities.
Amend definition of "track" in KRS 230.210 to permit a race track to have a noncontiguous facility within a 25-mile radius of the track.
HB 395 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Include leased property; change 25-mile radius to 50-mile radius; and add provisions that noncontiguous property cannot be within a 75-mile radius of another track proper or a 40-mile radius of a simulcast facility.
HFA (1, J. Callahan) - Increase from 50 to 60 miles the maximum distance noncontiguous property may be sited from the track of ownership; decrease from 75 to 60 miles the minimum distance noncontiguous property must be from another track.
