AN ACT relating to extraterritorial jurisdiction of planning units.
     Amend KRS 100.131 to permit planning units to exercise extraterritorial jurisdiction for subdivision regulations and to exercise, with the consent of the fiscal court, other planning regulations up to 5 miles from any city boundary.
