AN ACT relating to embalmers and funeral directors.
Amend KRS 316.010 to define when a funeral establishment is in use and to define courtesy cards; amend KRS 316.125 to allow a funeral director or an embalmer to be absent, under reasonable circumstances, when a funeral establishment is in use; allow the board to issue courtesy cards to licensed funeral directors and embalmers from other states.
