AN ACT relating to the regulation of trains' whistles.
     Amend KRS 277.190 to remove requirement for a local government to adopt only the provisions of Emergency Order 15, Notice Number 4, issued by the Federal Railroad Administration in order to regulate trains passing through their limits.
