AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 61.552 to allow any employee participating in a state-administered retirement system who has twenty years of service to purchase up to a total of five years of otherwise non-qualified service by paying to the System the full actuarial cost.

HCS/AA - Change "state-administered" to "administered by the Kentucky Retirement Systems," to clarify that only Kentucky Retirement Systems plans are affected.
