HB 425 (BR 1781) - B. DeWeese
AN ACT relating to zoning map amendments.
Amend KRS 100.211 to require final action on zoning map amendments by a fiscal court or legislative body within 100 days, permit aggrieved individuals to seek mandamus as prescribed and clarify that inaction on the part of the local government does not imply approval by the local government or prevent it from taking a later action.
HB 425 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, G. Lindsay) - Amend Section 1 to require majority approval of the legislative body or fiscal court to approve the planning commission's recommendation relating to zoning map amendments; and create new Section 2 to repeal KRS 100.2111.
