AN ACT relating to vehicles.
Amend KRS 189.010 to include people in wheelchairs in the definition of pedestrian.
HB 426 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, K. Nelson) - Retain the provisions of the original bill and add a new Section 2 to increase the penalties for a person violating KRS 189.456, 189.458, or 189.459, relating to disabled parking placards and parking rules, to increase the penalty for violations from not less than $20 and not more than $100 per offense to not less than $100 and not more than $500.
