AN ACT relating to procurement.
     Amend KRS 45A.115, relating to state purchasing of supplies and services, to permit the Finance and Administration Cabinet to limit solicitation of potential contractors, and the opportunity to bid or respond to a solicitation, to prequalified suppliers; remove requirement for having mailing lists for solicitation of suppliers of supplies and services; retain requirement that solicitations, and opportunities for responding to solicitations, for construction contracts not be limited to prequalified suppliers.
