     Confirm Executive Order 96-838, which created the Office of Management and Administration within the Department of Military Affairs; created and placed the Bluegrass Station Division within the Office of Management and Administration; placed three existing divisions in the Office of Management and Administration: the Division of Administrative Services, the Division of Facilities, and the Division of Air Transport; amend KRS 36.010 to conform.
