AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Confirm Executive Order 97-102, dated August 20, 1997, to designate the Council on Postsecondary Education as the state agency which shall have the responsibility and authority to direct and annually report on equal opportunities in postsecondary education; require the council to establish the Committee on Equal Opportunities in Postsecondary Education to advise the council on strategies for achieving the equal opportunity and institutional performance objectives contained in "The 1997-2002 Kentucky Plan for Equal Opportunities in Higher Education;" abolish the Committee on Equal Opportunities.
