AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 46 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to consideration of legislation.
     Propose to amend Section 46 of the Kentucky Constitution to permit a bill which has received a favorable report by a standing committee of a chamber or the majority of the members of a chamber appointed to an interim committee to be considered for final passage and to require that a bill receiving a favorable interim report be given its first reading on the first day of the next regular session convened; submit to voters.
