AN ACT relating to eligibility to be a candidate in a political primary election.
Amend KRS 118.125 to delete the party loyalty oath from the filing form for candidates seeking a political party's nomination in a primary election.
HB 477 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Restore language to the oath on the filing form for partisan candidates that the candidate supports the political party's principles and policies.
HFA (1, S. Nunn) - Clarify language concerning the candidate's listing of his residence address and mailing address on the partisan candidate filing form.
