AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation.
     Amend KRS 11A.010 to include the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation in the list of agencies covered by the Executive Branch Ethics Code; amend KRS 164A.020, 164A.040, and 164A.240 to enhance the corporation's ability to operate and finance alternative loan programs that are not federally insured or reinsured under the federal act; amend KRS 164A.060 to allow the corporation to service, collect, or finance loans in addition to making loans; and amend KRS 164A.080 to increase the corporation's debt limit to $950,000,000.
